By registering for a LEDG Consulting conference, workshop, or retreat, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
LEDG Consulting Payment Policy
For Conferences, Workshops, Retreats, and Consulting Services
At LEDG Consulting, we value strong institutional partnerships and aim to ensure a smooth and transparent payment process for all services provided.
Payment Terms
Preferred Payment Timing
Full payment is strongly preferred prior to or on the date of service.
Standard Payment Deadline: All invoices must be paid no later than 30 business days following the date of service, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Invoice Process
An official invoice will be issued upon execution of a service agreement or confirmation of booking.
Final invoices may reflect any agreed-upon adjustments, including additional services, materials, or travel-related expenses.
Late Payments
Payments not received within 30 business days may be subject to:
A late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance, and/or temporary suspension of future services or engagements until the balance is resolved.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payments may be made via:
Institutional check
ACH / electronic transfer
Credit card (if applicable, organization is responsible for all processing fees)
Institutional Requirements
LEDG Consulting will make reasonable efforts to comply with institutional payment processes (e.g., vendor registration, purchase orders). It is the responsibility of the contracting institution to ensure all internal approvals and documentation are completed in a timely manner to meet payment deadlines.
Policy Acknowledgment
By engaging services with LEDG Consulting, the contracting organization agrees to adhere to the payment terms outlined in this policy.
LEDG Consulting Payment & Refund & Cancellation Policy
For Conferences, Workshops, and Retreats
At LEDG Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality leadership and wellness experiences for higher education professionals. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation process.
Cancellation & Refund Terms
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the designated LEDG Consulting contact. Participants who cancel their registration at least 60 days prior to the start of the conference, workshop, or retreat are eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 60 days of the cancellation request.
Processing Fee
All cancellations are subject to a $100 non-refundable processing fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 61 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
However, participants may request to:
Transfer their registration to another individual, or apply their payment as a credit toward a future LEDG Consulting event (valid within 12 months), subject to approval.
Event Cancellation by LEDG Consulting
In the unlikely event that LEDG Consulting cancels or reschedules a program, participants will be offered:
A full refund, or the option to transfer registration to a future event.
No-Shows
Participants who do not attend the event and do not provide prior written cancellation notice will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Special Circumstances
LEDG Consulting reserves the right to review and make exceptions for documented emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
LEDG Consulting shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to deliver services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature (force majeure), natural disasters, severe weather, public health emergencies, or government restrictions; in such cases, services will be rescheduled or credited at the discretion of LEDG Consulting.
