This interactive workshop equips faculty with evidence-based strategies to transform traditional teaching into high-impact, student-centered engagement that improves retention and completion. Participants will explore how intentional engagement inside and outside the classroom can increase motivation, and ultimately move students from enrollment to completion. By reframing the faculty role from content deliverer to engagement catalyst, this session empowers educators to become one of the most influential factors in a student’s journey to graduation.
